		<description>I think you are incorrect in your inferring that the current housing market problem is caused from home owners who are upside down, and make the decision to walk away from their home instead of making payments to keep it.   From my experience in talking with these homeowners on a daily basis, the majority of them would do anything to be able to make the payments to keep their homes.  They do not have money to go out to eat, or drive nice cars, and cannot simply  tighten their budget.  They have heartbreaking stories about a job loss, cut in wages or hours, or other sad reasons that they simply cannot make their monthly mortgage payments.  My heart goes out to them.</description>
